It’s a new month and Nigeria’s economic problem is beyond alarming, Nigeria was never safe, at least for all I can remember, there’s always been-one thing or another, from Boko haram to kidnapping, but the situation has grown far more than what we knew.

If the government is trying to discourage the migration trend “japa” the best they can provide is National security, but in a nation where leadership treats security as secondary to government extravagance, it has now fallen onto the heads of innocent children.

If priorities aren’t gotten right, nothing will be left of this country, we started the year with inflation of foodstuffs from the effects of the increase in the price of fuel, slowly they started coming out in batches and flagged the name “Bandits”, we thought it was a joke and made it a meme, a trend, but now they are out in the open, on social media, they say social media was never a safe place, but how come we still have children in the bush??

Nobody wants to pledge anything to Nigeria anymore, Nigeria hasn’t provided anything that deserves allegiance, the education sector is even nothing to talk about and yet all they say and what we hear is “trust the process”.

A nation that practices democracy, but counts the people out and maltreats them is no better than tyranny, now there’s the “Get your pvc” trend now, but if there’s no external interference, the people’s vote doesn’t have a say. Nigeria is being left in debt, even sole habitants of the country, most are in debts, and where does that leave us??

We’ve called on everybody, it remains the people elected to power, Nigeria’s call obey!!!!!!

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
