How do we build an online community that care about what most people can offer and how do I get them to meet opportunities to, people that want services and people that can render services with this community? Now from that We still ask ourselves this question, How do I make my people want to continue buying my products, let's say you have a digital product?How do I offer quality and quantity?I do I earn from this online community? How do I continue to show up so my client can trust me and I can actually bring genuine and skilled people that can do their services well? Creativity enters, we start to think, how can I use AI too ? When we ask ourselves this question,we see that we're not just depending on AI to create a plan or solution that we only read and leave for months So we first think of a solution,then we execute,find a way to adapt to using AI and making our work authentic because we're not just using AI to deep fake anything. Right now with AI advancing at lightning speed, African workers have something that AI does not have , like being emotionally invested in our job,most of us will say we are not but You can obviously not see AI carrying work in their head like it's their own, talking about how happy or sad a change at work made them feel You cannot see AI being genuinely intentional about their work, waking up early to go to work early,while we don't want to compare or compete African workers will need to adapt to AI advancing just like how we adapted when we started making sales with transfers online, paying bills online, using virtual card.At first it seemed like a whole lot, but we got used to it. And Although we cannot determine how advanced AI would have been in the future, We can at least say as long as African workers can think to create,they still have an chance to also advance not centralizing AI as the only solution but using it as a part of what makes work easier, so the digital economy is better So for me I still feel like with AI advancing at lightning speed, African workers have a very bright future in the digital economy, since they've not lost their ability to think, to create, to adapt, to include.
