<p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>I know your secrets—your dirty little secrets.</p><p>The ones buried deep, hidden away from the world.</p><p>Because let’s be honest—everyone has that one thing they never want exposed.</p><p>Something dark enough to shake foundations,</p><p>to fracture trust, to ruin relationships—</p><p>even tear families apart.</p><p><br/></p><p>Secrets have power.</p><p>They can build you or break you.</p><p>For some, the weight of a secret becomes a quiet companion—tolerable, though ever-present.</p><p>For others, it’s unbearable.</p><p>They need to tell someone—anyone—just to stay sane,</p><p>to ease the gnawing guilt.</p><p><br/></p><p>But here’s the catch:</p><p>What if the person you confide in needs to do the same?</p><p>To lighten their own mind, they pass it on.</p><p>And what if, one day, in the heat of an argument,</p><p>your secret is hurled like a weapon—</p><p>not out of malice, but out of pain?</p><p><br/></p><p>That’s the mistake we all make:</p><p>We believe there's one person we can trust.</p><p>Just one.</p><p>But that’s all it takes for a secret to start slipping.</p><p>Once shared, it no longer belongs solely to you.</p><p><br/></p><p>From there, two roads emerge:</p><p>Either your secret is kept—locked in a vault until death...</p><p>Or it leaks, spreads, and becomes public knowledge.</p><p>And truthfully, there’s never a guarantee it won’t.</p><p><br/></p><p>Depending on who holds it,</p><p>a secret can become a tool—of torment, manipulation, or betrayal.</p><p>That’s the risk we take when we speak what was meant to stay silent.</p><p><br/></p><p>So here’s my belief:</p><p>If you want a secret to stay hidden—</p><p>tell no one.</p><p>Bury it.</p><p>Carry it to your grave.</p><p>And perhaps, just perhaps,</p><p>you’ll live a quieter, freer life.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>

The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality

rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.

Top Engagers
For the Top Engagers Track, we award the top 3 people who engage the most with other user's content via
comments.
The winners are picked using the "Top Monthly Engagers" tab on the rankings page.
Most Engaged Content
The Most Engaged Content recognizes users whose content received the most engagement during the month.
We pick the top 3.
The winners are picked using the "Top Monthly Contributors" tab on the rankings page.
Contributor Rankings
The Rankings/Leaderboard shows the Top 20 contributors and engagers on TwoCents a monthly and all-time basis
— as well as the most active colleges (users attending/that attended those colleges)
The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
