The Things We Never Say

There are words we carry in our hearts for years but never find the courage to say.

“I miss you.”

“You hurt me.”

“I’m sorry.”

“I needed you.”

“I still care.”

Sometimes, we stay silent because we don't want to look weak. Other times, we assume the other person already knows.

But silence can create stories of its own. Someone may be waiting for an apology you never gave, while you're waiting for them to understand how deeply they hurt you.

We spend so much time protecting our pride that we sometimes lose people we never wanted to lose.

Maybe not every feeling needs to be acted upon, but some things deserve to be said.

Because one day, the opportunity may disappear—and you'll be left wondering what would have happened if you had simply spoken.

Some words are heavy when kept inside, but sometimes, saying them is the closure we need.
