Who invented it🤔
<p>I just sat down and was thinking, who invented this method of using salt to wash rice?</p><p><br/></p><p>Have you ever seen people use salt to wash rice, or <span style="background-color: transparent;">you have heard about it.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Does the salt really wash the starch away or what exactly does it do to the rice?</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Does the salt make it sweeter?</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Does it make the rice much?</span></p><p>I've just been thinking about it and I can't wrap my head around the reason rice is being washed with salt sincerely.</p><p><br/></p><p>Do you have any idea of the reason why this is done?</p><p>Or you're as confused as I am?</p><p><br/></p><p>I'm asking because, I've seen people use it several times to the extent I'm beginning to use it myself without knowing why it is used to wash rice🤦</p><p>I've asked my mum but, she doesn't even know the reason</p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Or it's just another thing that people just do for doing sake?</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Or am I the only one thinking of this🤔</span></p>
