WHY DO WE CRY?
<p>Is it solely sadness that brings tears to the eye?</p><p>Or is it rage, emptiness, or despair?</p><p>Do we scream when our emotions overflow?</p><p>I learned to cry because I am human, To cry because I'm grateful, tired, or broken.</p><p>I cry because I'm crying, and that's okay.</p><p><br/></p><p>In that moment, I think of nothing else, Escaping reality's weight, if only briefly.</p><p>Tears bring relief, a melancholy solace.</p><p>In a world where emotions blur and confuse, Where happiness and sadness lose their meaning,</p><p>We cry in our silent spaces.</p><p>Strong people cry, weak people cry,</p><p>Boys cry, girls cry, adults cry.</p><p>We cry because we're human, fragile and worn.</p><p>We cry when we're tired of trying, Lost and searching for a guiding light.</p>
