Echoes Beneath The Surface.
<p>As much as I want to stream down the water now,</p><p>It seems as though my eyes have gotten used to the sorrow</p><p>And won’t open their dam.</p><p><br/></p><p>As much as I wished to stream everything out,</p><p>My glasses won’t fog with tears,</p><p>For they are used to the blurred vision,</p><p>Void of water.</p><p><br/></p><p>My head is banging,</p><p>My eyes are aching,</p><p>My mind is troubled,</p><p>My heart is bubbled,</p><p>My soul remains unsettled.</p><p><br/></p><p>I think this market isn’t worth the price.</p><p>It could be shut down at any time, as the founder wishes.</p><p><br/></p><p>Yet I always waste my water</p><p>Each time I remember the market</p><p>And the price being paid.</p><p>I really want to rest</p><p>And forget all about the market</p><p>That was meant to test me.</p>
