The world didn't stop
<p><br/></p><p>There are moments in life that quietly divide everything into before and after. No warning, no preparation; just a single second that changes everything. One moment, things are normal. The next, nothing feels the same again.</p><p>At first, it doesn’t even feel real.</p><p>There’s denial. A quiet refusal to accept what has happened. The mind searches for a way to undo it, to wake up from it, to return to just minutes before everything changed. The sky still brightens like it always has, indifferent to what has been lost. The smallest details begin to stand out—the absence of something that should still be there, the stillness in places that once felt alive. It’s not always loud or dramatic. Sometimes, it’s just… quiet.</p><p>That’s the hardest part to understand—that everything can feel completely changed, yet everything around you looks the same.</p><p>But slowly, something else begins to happen.</p><p>Not healing, not immediately. Not even acceptance. Just movement. One step, then another. Breathing through moments that feel too heavy, finding strength where there wasn’t any before.</p><p>Life doesn’t wait, but it also doesn’t leave you behind. It keeps moving, pulling you forward whether you feel ready or not, reminding you that even in the middle of something painful, there is still a path ahead.</p><p>And somehow, despite everything, you keep going.</p><p>Not because it’s easy.</p><p>Not because nothing happened.</p><p>But because life, no matter how difficult, continues; and so do we.</p><p><img alt="" src="/media/inline_insight_image/456e8f4869c8a4b96cfbbde427d4fba5.jpg"/></p>
