The Artificial Intelligence, also widely known with its abbreviation "AI" is now a present-day reality that's rapidly changing the way we live, interact, and most especially work. From the virtual assistant like Siri and Alexa, operating electronics around the house to sophisticated algorithms that can diagnose disease, predict stock market trends, to doing school assignments. But with all these happening, does it really help mankind? Because all I see is AI taking over people's normal way of life in this current time.

Their invasion into our lives was subtle yet profound. They make life much easier, with less stress, a needed advantage actually, but is it really helping this generation? Especially in our work places?

The AI-driven machines are capable of performing tasks faster, and efficiently than humans. Though it has led to productivity in various work places, it has made alot of youths unable to get employed, or to even be considered in some work places. Places like manufacturing industries, customer services, and even healthcare are experiencing this alot.

With the vast use of AI, it is important for us to prevent AI from excalating existing social inequalities.

How do we find ways to ensure that AI systems are fair and unbaised? That our privacy is being safeguarded?

This invasion is not a distant threat or a mere possibility, it is a reality that is already unfolding before us.

As we navigate this new world of AI, we should make sure that while we embrace its potentials, we are also equally being vigilant about its challenges. We can ensure that while AI serves our best interests, and enhance our lives, it doesn't compromise our values or safety.

These are complex issues that needs to be worked on rather than humans depending on AI for almost everything!

At the end of each month, we give out cash prizes to 5 people with the best insights in the past month
as well as coupon points to 15 people who didn't make the top 5, but shared high-quality content.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
