BANDWAGON!
<p>As a drummer, I know firsthand what it feels like to want to impress the crowd by playing a cool LICK. Sometimes this could be a clear statement to other drummers present that you're in your own LEAGUE! In most cases, your fan base would probably clap or shout "boss." Hahahaha! I know musicians can relate. </p><p>Well, if you're playing with a band, your ORGASMIC showoff could be very distracting and frustrating to your BAND. My friend and pianist usually frowns when I do that. Some bands could lay you off, or you could even lose your spot as the lead drummer. Your efforts could either make or mar your team. Your creativity could also be a distraction to others! </p><p>In the same vein, it's important to understand the dynamics of teamwork. Each member has a role to play, and the success of the band depends on everyone's ability to harmonize and complement each other. Overstepping your bounds not only disrupts the flow but can also create tension within the group. Communication and mutual respect are key. Before you decide to showcase your skills, ensure it adds value to the collective performance rather than just highlighting individual talent. </p><p>Like Helen Keller noted, "alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." </p><p>LEARN UNLEARN RELEARN</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
