Colour In Gray Depth: Hope In Sadness

As humans we experience alot of challenges. Some moments are filled with sorrows, while some are filled with sadness, some with triumph, others with adversity. But in the midst of all these, feeling overwhelmed at some point is very easy. However, having resilience, hope for a better future is always important and essential.

Colour in gray depth.. In the midst of over thinking and confusion, I came up with that concept. Its like a reminder to me that in all areas of life, hope is a powerful force. It can help anyone navigate even the most challenging times to cine out triumphant. In my opinion, it provides a sense of purpose and direction even in the darkest moments of our lives.

The gray colour is not exactly dark, and neither is it light.. The lack of colour to me only represents the emotional numbness and feelings of being stuck.. And in terms of feelings we should have in mind that the colour it is indeed going to be bright.

There's balance, neutrality, and stability.

In all the challenges life puts us through, having hope in the sadness we encounter should remove our minds from the negative aspects and push it into the positive aspects where we find ways to create meaning and purpose.

This concept is of a great reminder that we can always find hope no matter the situation we are in. We can cultivate a more hopeful and resilient mindset, equipping ourselves to navigate the challenges thrown at us in our everyday lives with courage and determination.
