<p>One of the many things I love about my mom is her ability to develop money-making strategies. In my not so long life, I've seen my mom do more than 20 businesses. </p>
<p>I'm not exaggerating. If you don't believe me, forget about it!
I remember that one time she started selling cow meat bought from Katsina!
I don't think there's anything my mom hasn't sold-except human beings, of course!</p>
<p>Late last year, she saw an opportunity to make money by providing cab services in the evening in my town. During those hours, bikers are not allowed to commute with passengers. It was a brilliant idea, but it wasn't wearing a glamorous garment because our car was the only one of its kind in my town. The problem is that I expected people to notice, and some may believe we are legitimately suffering. </p><p>This is because I just got my Master's degree and went home to rest before going out and taking on the world. I had to assist her and I was the conductor! </p><p>Yes, I carried this khaki waist bag, and I was collecting money and giving people change. </p>
<p>Mehnnn, I felt ashamed of myself and on her behalf.
Occasionally, we'd pick some family friends, and they were surprised at what we were doing. </p><p>I can't forget the day we picked up my secondary school friend and I collected his money and gave him change. He knew I had just earned a Masters, and I could only imagine what was on his mind! </p>
<p>One day, my mum made a statement in my local parlance that hit me while we were on our evening urgent 2k hustle. She said there's dignity in all labor and no one should feel ashamed of their job. </p><p>Simply put, we must grind irrespective of people's perception of our hustle.
Most of the time, we forget that raw gold only looks beautiful after it has been refined.</p>
<p>This would be a great place to say, "Praise the Lord!"</p>
<p>Your business and hustle may look demeaning, but you must stay resolute. The process may not always be smooth, but such is life. </p>
<p>Life no balance no mean say you no go try hustle so you go fit chop balanced diet!</p>
<p>Don't let shame halt your business growth. Growth is less and less.</p>
<p>DO IT ASHAMED </p><p>Strive </p><p>Hard </p><p>And </p><p>Make </p><p>Efforts </p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
<p>Learn Unlearn Relearn </p>

Do it ashamed!

If you like my insights, you can encourage me by sending a TIP. Thank you!
At the end of each month, we give out cash prizes to 5 people with the best insights in the past month
as well as coupon points to 15 people who didn't make the top 5, but shared high-quality content.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
