Dominion or Leadership
Men are not naturally in category, set or differential. All men are created
the same; all men are made in the image of God though we have special values and diverse purposes. Despite our differences in purposes and values, we all have a common uniting force that makes us one with each other (the image of God). Dominating over others will
mean dominating over one‘s self since we are all made in the one image of God. If there was a possibility for God to dominate over himself, then it will be possible for His image in us to dominate over another.
You may want to think that leadership and dominion mean one thing but that is not it. Leadership is the capacity to lead, direct or give guidance. While dominion is the act of suppressing and lording over. Because we have different potentials and abilities, order and control is inevitable in the excises of these potentials. We all are unique the way we are no matter you position and occupation. I cannot be you and you cannot be me therefore, I need to help and assist you to be you and not to make you look less important. Likewise you! God has gifted us differently, He has gifted some over others so they can lead, direct, guide performance and not to rule, dictate or exercise power over others. The ball is in your hands. As a leader that you are, what leadership style do you practice more and why? Think well and choose right.
At the end of each month, we give out cash prizes to 5 people with the best insights in the past month
as well as coupon points to 15 people who didn't make the top 5, but shared high-quality content.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
