Episode 5: The Darkness Closes In
<p>As Emma's eyes adjusted to the darkness, she saw a figure standing in the corner of the room, shrouded in shadows. The whispers seemed to emanate from it, growing louder, more urgent.</p><p><br/></p><p>Emma's team member tugged harder on her arm, pulling her toward the door. "Emma, come on! We need to get out of here!"</p><p><br/></p><p>But Emma was transfixed. The figure began to move closer, its presence filling the room. Emma felt a cold breath on the back of her neck, making her skin crawl.</p><p><br/></p><p>Suddenly, the whispers stopped. The darkness seemed to coalesce into a single, chilling word:</p><p><br/></p><p>"Mine."</p><p><br/></p><p>The figure loomed closer, its face inches from Emma's. She felt a scream building in her throat, but her voice was frozen in terror.</p><p><br/></p><p>And then, everything went black.</p><p><br/></p><p>When Emma came to, she was lying on the floor, her team surrounding her. The room was silent, the darkness receded. But the photographs on the wall now included Emma's own face, with a black marker X scrawled across it...</p>
