GENZY GENERATION TORTOISE (short story)
<p><br></p><p>I was born into a legacy of smoke and mirrors, my pops was the OG of deceit, but I'm determined to flip the script. I ain't letting my past define me, nah, I'm forging my own path. Dove, my ride-or-die, she's been with me every step of the way.</p><p><br></p><p>I was grinding hard, juggling labourer gigs to fund my education, trying to rise above my dad's shadow. That's when Dove walked onto the construction site with her pops, a big shot investor. We locked eyes, exchanged vibes, and next thing I knew, we were thick as thieves.</p><p><br></p><p>Dove talked to her pops about me, and he offered to sponsor my education just because I made his daughter laugh. I wasn't gonna waste that opportunity. With Dove's backing, I started building a life beyond the construction site.</p><p><br></p><p>I graduated, landed a job, and created multiple NGOs under my father's name, The Tortoise. People started to see us in a new light, and our lineage history got a rewrite. I transformed our village into a thriving metropolis, a testament to second chances.</p><p><br></p><p>Now, the Tortoise name stands for innovation and progress. People look up to me as a role model, and I'm mentoring those seeking a similar path. Dove's still got my back, and together, we're building a legacy of hope and resilience. My father's past remain his past. I'm forging a new future, and it's fire.</p>
