Happiness! A Person or A Choice?
<p>It can come in form of a person, but that's dangerous.. Humans can't be trusted, per say. You could consider a certain person your happiness, and then judging by human nature of change, the person begins to act the opposite, what happens then? Sadness, leading to depression? Or betrayal, leading to hate? Or you could say the beginning of trust issues, as I do say so.</p><p><br></p><p>It can come in form of a choice. Only you can choose to be happy, to look past your difficulties and relieve yourself of your thoughts for a while. "Peace of mind", its of utmost importance. No matter what the situation, the happenings around you, prioritize your happiness, it is connected to your mental health, as well as your physical and psychological health. What ever affects the mind affects every other thing in general.</p><p><br></p><p>Make happiness your choice, do not put it in the hands of humans who might turn out to have despicable actions towards you.</p><p><br></p><p>Life is all about change, and humans are part of it.</p>
