I’m 18 and I already feel like I’m behind. Why?”
<p>Lately, I’ve been catching myself comparing my life to people who are 20, 25, even 30.</p><p>People who already have jobs, glowing skin, big platforms, tech money, soft life… meanwhile I’m just here trying to figure things out.</p><p><br/></p><p>I’m 18.</p><p>And yet, I feel like I’m late.</p><p>Like I should’ve “blown” by now.</p><p>Like I’m not doing enough.</p><p>Like I’m missing a race I didn’t even register for.</p><p><br/></p><p>But here’s what I’ve realized:</p><p>Most of us are not behind.</p><p>We’re just growing in a world that romanticizes “early success” and ignores the beauty of slow progress.</p><p><br/></p><p>Not having it all figured out at 18 is not failure.</p><p>It’s normal. It’s human. It’s real.</p><p><br/></p><p>To anyone who feels like they’re not enough because they’re still finding their way—breathe.</p><p>Life is not a competition.</p><p>It’s not “who gets rich first?”</p><p>It’s “who finds peace, purpose, and joy in their own time?”</p><p><br/></p><p>Trust your pace.</p><p>You’re not late.</p><p>You’re just getting started 🖤</p><p><br/></p>
