Innovating for world peace
<p>I was presented a great, amazing and unforgettable privilege to attend an educative and academic conference that gathered potential leaders and personalities across different disciplines and fields, held at The Providence Hotel, GRA, Ikeja. It was filled with excitement, joy, and the acquisition of knowledge and experience . This gathering was initiated by the Association of Tijaniyah in Nigeria, popularly known as ICAD, to discuss and address issues and challenges confronting the peace of our country and the world at large, while also providing possible solutions to these problems.</p><p><br/></p><p>The theme of yesterday’s ICAD conference was centered on “Innovating for World Peace,” whereby several scholars from various disciplines made explicit contributions to the discussion, highlighting the challenges facing world peace and proposing likely solutions. It was an interesting and interactive atmosphere where questions were asked by the listeners and audience, comments were made, and suggestions were accepted.</p><p><br/></p><p>Be that as it may, I was able to learn new things, add more to my existing knowledge, and understand more about global events. However, I will be hosting a week-long challenge for myself, whereby insights and write-ups about what I was able to acquire and learn from yesterday’s academic gathering will be posted to benefit others.</p><p><br/></p><p>Stay tuned, stay focused, and anticipate.</p><p>Thank you.</p>
