Life rarely follows a straight path. It bends, breaks, pauses, and sometimes collapses entirely beneath our feet. In this unpredictable journey, one truth remains constant: progress belongs to those who keep moving. “Just keep moving” is not about speed or perfection; it is about refusing to let failure become your final address.

Human failure is inevitable. No one arrives at adulthood without disappointment, regret, or moments of deep self-doubt. We fail plans, people, expectations, and sometimes ourselves. Failure has a way of shaking our confidence and questioning our worth. It can make us feel exposed, inadequate, and tired of trying. Many dreams do not die because they are impossible, but because failure convinces us to stop walking. Yet failure is not proof of incapacity—it is proof of effort. It is evidence that you dared to try in a world that offers no guarantees.

Experience is born in the aftermath of failure. Every setback leaves behind a lesson, even when the lesson is painful. Experience teaches us what textbooks and advice cannot: patience under pressure, wisdom through loss, and strength through repetition. It changes how we see people, opportunities, and ourselves. Through experience, we learn that life is not only about winning, but about enduring. The person who has stumbled and stood up repeatedly understands life more deeply than the one who has never been tested.

Keeping moving does not always look heroic. Sometimes it means taking very small steps—waking up when you feel like giving up, trying again after embarrassment, trusting again after betrayal. It means adjusting your direction without abandoning your purpose. Experience teaches us that rest is necessary, but surrender is optional. Pausing to heal is not the same as quitting; it is part of the movement.

Success, when it finally arrives, often comes quietly. It does not erase the past; it makes sense of it. Success is built on accumulated experience, corrected mistakes, and lessons learned the hard way. Those who succeed are not those who never failed, but those who refused to let failure define them. Success is the reward of consistency, resilience, and courage to continue even when the outcome is uncertain.

“Just keep moving” is a reminder that life responds to persistence. As long as you move, you grow. As long as you grow, you evolve. And as long as you evolve, there is always the possibility of becoming better than who you were yesterday. Movement keeps hope alive. It keeps purpose breathing. No matter how slow the pace or how heavy the past, forward motion—however small—is still victory.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

Monthly Score
The Top Monthly Contributors ranking is a monthly metric indicating how users respond to your posts, not just how many you publish.
We look at three main things:
1
How strong your best post is —
Your highest-scoring post this month carries the most weight. One great post can take you far.
2
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
We also look at the average score of all your posts. If your work keeps getting good reactions, you get a boost.
3
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
Posting more helps — but only a little.
Extra posts give a small bonus that grows slowly, so quality always matters more than quantity.
In simple terms:
A great post beats many ignored posts
Consistently engaging posts beat one lucky hit
Spamming low-engagement posts won't help
Tips, comments, and upvotes from others matter most
This ranking is designed to reward
Thoughtful, high-quality posts
Real engagement from the community
Consistency over time — without punishing you for posting again
The Top Monthly Contributors leaderboard reflects what truly resonates, not just who posts the most.
