Lately, I’ve been exploring the Weekly Rhythm Register James Clear shared in his book- Atomic Habits, and here’s what I’ve discovered since I started using the template:
-Tracking my habits got easier.
-I got to rate my week using the “Net” score and compare it with previous weeks to see if I’m improving in consistency.
Also, Checking it helps me notice gaps—like how I haven’t been eating fruits lately. Seeing that reminder makes me more aware of the actions I need to catch up on.
It has been cool using it so far, and I’ve even recommended it to two people who shared how helpful it has been for them.
While it’s originally meant to be a printout, I decided to leverage Google Sheets instead- super convenient.
