<p>Leadership is not defined by position,applause, visibility and strength.</p><p>What then is leadership if what I think it is wasn't it?</p><p>Leadership is defined by clarity,a true leader must first lead their own thinking.</p><p>It is value based, not material based .</p><p>It is the amount of lives impacted not the measures of the crowd that sings your praise.</p><p>It is a love that leads without sentiment.</p><p>Ask yourself </p><p>Do my decisions solve problems or merely postpone them?</p><p>Am I building systems that can function beyond my presence?</p><p>Do I listen to understand or to react?</p><p>Am I growing personally at the same pace as my influence?</p><p>Does my leadership create value or dependence?</p><p><br/></p><p>Leadership begins with honest questions and matures through disciplined answers </p><p>The quality of your leadership is revealed by the questions you ask yourself at the place of solitude.</p><p>Leadership is humility not pride .</p><p>Leadership is sacrifice not selfishness .</p><p>Leadership is contentment not greed .</p><p>Leadership is love❤️</p>
