Once I thought,

If I had a shield, it would protect me from all.

And what would it be made of ?

Eggs?

No, they would be too fragile for hard times.

Cotton?

They would get soaked with my tears, and become nothing.

Wood?

That’s worse, they feed fire and turn to ash.

Metal?

Its not heat resistant either. The world is hot enough already.

Iron?

Little difference.

Diamonds?

Nah! Too brilliant, and not in a good way. It makes light blinding.

What, then, could my shield be made of?

No material can endure; perhaps, only the intangible remains.

Ah, now I see it,

The one thing that can protect me from all.

Placed within me by my Creator, since time began,

It stands strong, powered by its own will.

Even in the fiercest storms, it finds the way.

It can outsmart the impossible,

A defense that needs no sword, no blade.

It relies on no one but me.

I wield it as it wields me,

Bound together, inseparable,

I control it as it controls me,

I need it as much as it needs me.

My Mind!!!

Not bound by the weight of matter,

It travels where no feet can tread.

A fortress against the chaos of the world,

When the storm rages, it is the eye, still and clear.

It bends not to the winds of doubt,

Nor does it shatter under the pressure of fear.

Like an ocean deep beneath the surface,

Calm yet holding immense power.

With every challenge, it sharpens,

Turning fear into wisdom,

Pain into strength,

Failure into fuel for greater triumphs.

It is both sword and shield,

Cutting through illusions,

And deflecting arrows of despair.

No force outside can conquer what lies within,

For my mind is infinite, unyielding,

And in its boundlessness,

I find my truest protection.

It is the key to my survival,

The flame that refuses to dim,

The essence of who I am.

Not just a shield but the architect of my destiny.
