No one is coming!
<span class="html-content"> <p>So, you're seated there in your office waiting for people to troop in, and no one shows up. You decide to be patient, thinking your customers would probably come through in the evening when they're on their way back from work. My dear, no one is coming. I'm saying that with my full chest. Let me explain before you get judgemental.&nbsp;</p><p>Can you remember that brutal teacher everyone in your high school feared?&nbsp;</p><p>Can you remember that jingle everyone could sing along to?</p> <p>If you can remember any of these, then your business issue may be resolved soon.&nbsp;</p><p>Have you ever wondered why grown men, some of whom are wealthy, would queue just to buy akara from mummy Ife? The answer is quite simple. It's the experience they get from her shop. It could equally be that buying from her ignites a certain feeling for the customers. Sometimes it's how she treats the customers. Listen carefully, "your customers are not robots."&nbsp;</p><p>They are humans with emotions. Don't just sell a product, give them an experience and they will remain loyal.&nbsp;</p><p>Loyal customers are better than paid ads!&nbsp;</p><p>They will preach the gospel of your brand for you without pay. Never underestimate the power of a satisfied customer. Prioritize the quality of your product and the quality of your customers' experiences. If you want them back, you must give them a reason to come back.&nbsp;</p><p>For me, "available" doesn't mean "special. Your worth is revealed in the midst of options. "&nbsp;</p><p>Sell to the emotions of your customers and give them an experience they'll never forget. </p> <p>"People forget - People remember"</p><p><br></p> <p>Learn Unlearn Relearn </p> </span>
