Now you may ask : what is paraphilia? </span></p> <p><span>Paraphilia is an experience of recurring intense sexual arousal to objects, places, animals and even situations. It is also defined as a sexual interest in anything other than a legally consenting human.</span></p> <p><span>Some types of paraphilic disorders are: sadism, masochism, voyeurism amongst many others but you've probably heard about these ones right?..... Let's talk about the not so common ones. PYGMALIOSEXUALITY, also known as objectum sexuality is the sexual attraction to inanimate objects</span></p> <p><span>Now there is FORMICOPHILLIA, this is the unusual sexual interest in being crawled or nibbled upon by insects and if you think you've heard it all, you're probably mistaken. There is another one called DENDROPHILIA or DENDROPHILY which basically means the love of trees but can also be used to describe a paraphilic disorder where someone is sexually attracted to trees...... Crazy right??</span></p>
