SCREAMING IN SILENCE
<p>I’M THE FUCKING TRASH.</p><p>Yeah, I said it.</p><p>That’s what I am to them.</p><p><br/></p><p>When everything is fine, I don’t exist.</p><p>When shit hits the fan, suddenly I’m their savior.</p><p>Drag me out from the deepest layer of the earth if you have to</p><p>because apparently, my suffering is their emergency hotline.</p><p><br/></p><p>EVERYONE does their stupid shit.</p><p>EVERYONE.</p><p>And guess who pays for it?</p><p>ME.</p><p>Every. Fucking. Time.</p><p><br/></p><p>I’m the therapist.</p><p>The nurse.</p><p>The cook.</p><p>The sister.</p><p>The friend ONLY when it’s convenient.</p><p>The bank.</p><p>The emotional crutch.</p><p>The trash can for their mess.</p><p><br/></p><p>But do they show up for me?</p><p>HELL NO.</p><p>When I’m sick, when I’m dying inside, when I can’t even stand</p><p>I still have to stand for THEM.</p><p><br/></p><p>It’s EXHAUSTING.</p><p>It’s SUFFOCATING.</p><p>It’s making me want to RIP MY OWN SKIN OFF.</p><p><br/></p><p>And don’t ask why I don’t speak up.</p><p>I DID.</p><p>I FUCKING TRIED.</p><p>But my voice collapses every time.</p><p>The rage stays stuck in my throat while my eyes burn.</p><p>So I lock myself in my room and cry like a coward</p><p>because screaming feels useless when nobody listens.</p><p><br/></p><p>And the cherry on top?</p><p>If I ever snap.</p><p>If I ever break.</p><p>If I ever say I DON’T WANT TO BE HERE ANYMORE</p><p>they’ll throw it back in my face.</p><p><br/></p><p>“She’s suicidal after all we’ve given her.”</p><p><br/></p><p>WHAT HAVE YOU GIVEN ME?</p><p>NOTHING.</p><p>NOTHING BUT PAIN.</p><p>NOTHING BUT WEIGHT.</p><p>NOTHING BUT A LIFE I DIDN’T ASK FOR.</p><p><br/></p><p>I’m done carrying it.</p><p>I’m done being your trash.</p><p><br/></p><p>Am I?</p><p><br/></p>
