THE ONE WHO STAYS
<p>Never assume all is okay</p><p>Not every smile tells the truth</p><p>Don’t just glance and walk away</p><p>Don’t assume they’ve got it </p><p>Because sometimes, they don’t. </p><p>Sometimes, it’s falling apart faster </p><p>Than their smile can hide it. </p><p><br></p><p>Life, oh life… </p><p>Full of twists, tricks, </p><p>And thorn-covered truths. </p><p>Happy today, </p><p>Then tomorrow? </p><p>The sun disappears. </p><p>They try to trace it </p><p>What went wrong? </p><p>Where did the light go? </p><p><br></p><p>It doesn’t stroll in</p><p>It storms in. </p><p>Wrecking peace, </p><p>Rattling calm. </p><p>And just like that… </p><p>Nothing feels the same. </p><p>They don’t feel alive. </p><p>They don’t feel life. </p><p><br></p><p>And in that moment? </p><p>They need a word. </p><p>A touch. </p><p>A hand. </p><p>A "Hey... I see you." </p><p>But the world? </p><p>It’s loud with silence. </p><p>Empty faces, </p><p>Busy hearts, </p><p>No shoulder to lean on. </p><p>No soul that listens. </p><p>They’re not okay... </p><p>But the world believes they are. </p><p><br></p><p>Still </p><p>There is One. </p><p>One who never walks away. </p><p>Never checks out. </p><p> </p><p>Never forgets the ones the world overlooks.</p><p>Listens to prayers whispered through tears</p><p>The One who loves </p><p>Wildly. </p><p>Recklessly. </p><p>Without reason but always with purpose. </p><p>The One who gathers broken pieces, </p><p>Sings peace over chaos, </p><p>And scares fear into hiding. </p><p><br></p><p>He… is Love. </p><p>Not just a word, </p><p>Not just a thought </p><p>But a presence. </p><p>A refuge. </p><p>A flame that never dies. </p><p><img src="/media/inline_insight_image/pexels-saints-3457032.jpg" alt=""></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
