YOUR SELF ESTEEM ISN'T BROKEN_ YOU'VE JUST BEEN MEASURING IT WRONG
<p>I said in the previous post on how I struggled with self esteem.</p><p><br></p><p>Self-esteem isn’t about how others see you—it’s about how you see yourself.</p><p>One of the most powerful drivers of self-esteem is self-love.</p><p><br></p><p>You can't truly grow until you accept the uniqueness of your body. Yet, we live in a world where so many people depend on external validation.</p><p>“What will people think if I say this? What if I wear this?”</p><p>Questions like these start to shape our identity in unhealthy ways.</p><p><br></p><p>But here’s the truth: the way you see yourself affects every part of your life—especially the choices you make.</p><p><br></p><p>I used to constantly try to change my body. I wore clothes that made me look bigger, hoping to match some made-up standard.</p><p>At one point, I even considered surgery. But chasing that image left me exhausted—and slowly, I was slipping into depression.</p><p><br></p><p>It wasn’t until I stopped trying to fit in and started embracing who I really was that things began to shift.</p><p>I had a personal experience&nbsp;</p><p>Would you like to hear about it?
