Shepherd Umele Francis obella popularly known as Obella from okpokwu local government area of benue state, born and brought up in kaduna state February 12th.Education: Niger state college of Education NCE, university of Abuja B, Ed in review.
Obella obtained his first school leaving certificate from the popular military cantonment Army secondary school in minna Niger state where he also served as president of Catholic students of Niger state at a very young age. In the year 2017 he obtained his Nigerian certificate in Education ( NCE ) from Niger state college of Education in Minna Niger state. Over these years Obella has been of great impact in the lives of aspiring youths especially in strategic leadership. Obella founded the "Helping souls foundation" in 2017 with a 17 man membership to carry out annual charity outreach to orphanage homes and providing basic tools for striving entrepreneurs. The organisation achieved a lot of success that it was invited to the Governor's annual conference in 2019 where the Governor of Niger state His excellency Governor Abubakar sani Bello ( lolo ) welcomed Obella to the podium and sighted him as an excellent example for the youths. In 2020, Obella extended the roles of Helping souls foundation ( HSF ) to include training of instrumentalists in church and helping them reach their full potentials. This idea birthed the marian kids ( set of 11 kids ) who released their first studio Album and received a huge success following the umbrella of the catholic church. In the year 2022 Obella Established Dreamplug to facilitate talent management and event management and it has since helped a lot of creative individuals achieved their dreams. Obella also partnered with sea luxury in 2025 to give a free photoshoot to all royalties in the university of Abuja and Dreamplug is becoming a popular brand among young creatives.
