<p>Did you know that during pregnancy, doctors can sometimes see markers for Down syndrome on an ultrasound? When I first found out years ago, I said, “Technology!”</p><p>What science can do is truly amazing. However, unlike Down syndrome, some conditions, like Autism spectrum disorder and ADHD, are invisible. You don't see them on a scan. But it is amazing to see that technology gives people a chance to prepare and make choices.</p><p> </p><p> </p>
