<p>How Are You Doing?</p><p><br/></p><p>"How are you doing? is one of the most frequent questions we ask and hear.</p><p>Typically, our response is, I'm fine, or I'm good. But do we truly mean it?</p><p>Are the people asking genuinely interested, or has it become just another polite greeting, something said without expecting honesty?</p><p>And when someone admits, I'm not fine, are we ready to listen?</p><p><br/></p><p>Many young men, perhaps even those closest to us, have learned to hide their feelings behind a simple I'm okay. They wake up burdened with pressures, expectations, and worries they rarely share. Some face unemployment, financial issues, heartbreak, family duties, or dreams that seem to slip away. Others are exhausted from pretending to be strong, even as they're barely holding it together.</p><p>They laugh with friends, post smiles online, and keep going because they believe no one wants to hear about their pain. They were taught that opening up equals weakness, so they bury their feelings beneath the words "I'm fine."</p><p>The reality is, many of the strongest-looking individuals are battling the hardest struggles. Some are just surviving day by day, pretending everything is under control.</p><p>Perhaps it's time we ask, "How are you doing?" with real concern. And maybe it's time to foster environments where "I'm not okay" is met with understanding, not judgment.</p><p>Because sometimes, the reply isn't "I'm fine." Sometimes, it's "I'm tired. I'm hurting. I'm trying," and that response deserves to be heard.</p>
At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
