My hate-hate relationship with Ms. Red
<p>It's first of the month, </p><p>And you're finally here.</p><p>You come like you've missed me,</p><p>Anticipating our reunion every cycle.</p><p>And maybe I long to see you too,</p><p>because if I ever wish to make life, you'll be the one who tells me I still can.</p><p><br/></p><p>You flow out of me like water too hot to hold.</p><p>Sometimes you and your kin gather, </p><p>plop out as one thick, dark cousin of yourselves, staining my white.</p><p>Sometimes you decide to stay silent </p><p>Making me question if you've arrived or not.</p><p><br/></p><p>With you comes immobility </p><p>Like the functioning motor between my waist and legs have lost their unity.</p><p>All I can feel from your presence is a long line of pain </p><p>Like you've poisoned all my organs with your disdain. </p><p><br/></p><p>With you, </p><p>My favourite food is my source of hate,</p><p>My only friend is my anal orifice,</p><p>And my body betrays me </p><p>While I look at myself so pathetic and vulnerable in this state.</p><p><br/></p><p>Each time, I lay on the ground.
