<p>That last statement about being present spoke to me really.</p><p>We focus so much on the future that we're not present in the now, we're just moving through the day without being aware of the day itself, and I say this cause it resonates with me.</p><p>A day passes and I'm like, "what even happened today" because I was so focused on what I'll do tomorrow, then when that tomorrow reaches we're still not present and still thinking about the next one.</p><p>I'm learning to be present though.....small steps</p>
