<p>This is so relatable to me right now....I made a decision to leave my current work place because I of some things and then I got numerous of questions from my colleagues...it got to a point I started even doubting if I made the right decision, then I started explaining too much trying to convince them and myself that I was making a good decision even though they still couldn't understand.</p><p>I just told myself as long as it's made sense to me..I'll go for it.</p><p>Nice write up 🌹</p>

You don't need to explain because, they would keep asking more questions even after giving them answers.

It may also interest you to know that few of your colleagues understood but they just didn't want you to break that circle too. ..
