<p>The system is really poor......when someone complains about their mental health the response is always people laughing and saying 'you go dey alright ' even from our parents who instead of listening will tell you "it's because you don't go to church that's why you're depressed"</p><p>I know we have to go to church and pray but there are some times that all we need is just someone to talk to, and not to be judged.</p><p>I just hope there's a change in the system.</p><p>Nice write up 🌹</p>
