<p>I remember when I was much younger, whenever I get really angry, I find a wall and just punch. I'd keep punching till I saw blood. Was it productive? No. Did it help? I mean, it was better than punching someone, right? I guess everyone has different ways of handling rage.</p>

That’s a very big way of expressing anger but I really think if we channeled it into more productive things it’ll be way better
