<p>This really made me think about where professionalism ends and humanity begins. Being professional shouldn’t mean suppressing your emotions or pretending that everything is fine when it isn’t. There should be room to communicate concerns respectfully while still maintaining boundaries. Finding that balance is the real challenge.</p>
