<p>This is very right. A person can be good at writing and not be good at speaking at the same time. But I believe it can be learnt.</p><p>As a matter of fact, speaking is a skill that everyone should learn, because at one point of the other in our lives, we’ll need to speak, and ignorance of will will not be an excuse.</p><p>So yes we can train ourselves in it.</p><p>Although some were born natural speakers, but I believe that no one was born a great speaker. The place of learning came in.</p>
