<p>We're really trying o. I don't think we give ourselves enough credit for the things we actually survive.</p><p>It's crazy that friends are actually made through trauma-bonding 😭. Asin, two people laugh over things that almost destroyed their mental health, and carry on with their lives right after. That's a crazy, new type of strength.</p><p>Thank you so much for sharing this, Tifeh 🤍.</p><p>"that alone is success" was such a powerful reminder!</p>
