<p>2/2</p><p>I learnt to bargain well before releasing my hair from cornrows. Learnt to stick with just one hairdresser who really understood the gist of haircare, when I wanted to add extensions. And that wasn't even enough.</p><p>Now, washing, moisturising, styling my natural hair or even making protective hairstyles would always be done by me.</p><p>And you're so right about people wanting to hear about magic products and not the consistency and years of studying your own hair and how best to care for it.</p>
