Exactly! 🥹❤️ I think that’s one of the biggest things I realized while writing this. We can learn from people’s experiences without making them our reality.

Sometimes we have to consciously remind ourselves, ‘This happened to them, not me.’ 😂 The mind really needs those reminders because it can run with a story before you even realize it. Thank you for sharing this! 🤍
