<p>Not everyone has the same healing journey, and we need to stop making people feel guilty for expressing their pain.</p><p>Social media may not replace professional help, but sometimes, knowing that someone understands can make a difference.</p><p>We need to learn to listen without judging, especially in a society where people are often told to pray harder instead of being given the support they need.</p><p>Healing should never require someone to suffer in silence just to prove that their pain is real</p>
