I'd say most of Kafka's writings also talked about how he viewed his own life. He was a really sad man,which hurts a lot. I don't think I've read any piece of his that didn't break me. The worst was letters to his father,that was when I understood where all the pain came from.
But when talking about books that emphasize so much on human suffering humanity doing what it does best, Metamorphosis is a great one fr. And The trial. I think I should review this soon.
