<p>This is such a good reminder. ❤️ There’s a difference between honest criticism and constantly looking for what’s wrong while ignoring everything that’s going right. I especially liked the report card example—sometimes “I’m only trying to make you better” is just a convenient excuse for never acknowledging someone’s effort. 👏🏽</p>
