<p>This was heartbreaking to read. The part that hurt the most was Zara finally finding the courage to speak and being met with disbelief instead of protection. I really love that the story didn't pretend her friends could erase what happened, but showed how being believed, supported and made to feel safe can become the beginning of healing. “We believe you” really stayed with me.</p>
