<p>I like how Ada's story shows that people can get so comfortable receiving from someone that the moment that person sets a boundary, they suddenly become difficult. What stood out to me was her realisation that most conversations started with requests for help, not genuine interest in how she was doing. Sometimes, saying no is how you remind yourself that your own needs matter too. ❤️</p>
