<p>I’ve been thinking about this for the longest time now.</p><p>I’ve been asking myself this question, “do I have self love?”</p><p>Like do I actually have it. I’ve been saying I love myself for years now but is that actually true?</p><p>I’ve come to realize that I don’t have self love.</p><p>I have self awareness. Painfully so.</p><p>And self respect.</p><p>But those two things do not mean self love.</p><p>I guess the first step to loving myself is to stop deceiving myself that I actually do.</p><p>Then put in effort into changing my….</p>

You see this thing called self awareness, a lot of us have it. Hence why we easily mistake is for self love. Being aware doesn't equate action. You can be aware and not take action in loving yourself properly.
