<p>This is one of those lessons you learn the hard way. The doctor said eat well, but somehow your brain translated it to “eat everything in sight”. I like the bigger point though information alone isn't enough, because how we interpret and apply it can completely change the outcome. And that restroom experience sounds brutal 😂</p>
