<p>I think every generation eventually becomes the subject of criticism from the one before it. What's interesting is how easily people forget that they were once the younger generation challenging norms, making mistakes and doing things their parents didn't understand. Gen Z definitely has its flaws, but treating an entire generation as the problem is an easy way to avoid examining the bigger picture. Perhaps we're not necessarily worse; we're just growing up under a different spotlight.</p>
