<p>The "stay away from boys" to "when are you bringing someone home" flip is such a sharp catch, the contradiction really does write itself once you notice it. The haircut example was such a good entry point into the bigger conversation too, small enough to seem trivial but it exposes so much. Thoughtful piece all the way through.</p>
