<p>As a person who has graced stages, speaking is not moi moi to be honest.</p><p>It's a skill that should be learnt and can be refined.</p><p>That's how you move from talking to speaking...through international practice.</p><p>You can not stumble into fluency... speaking will expose the loopholes</p><p>As a person who train young people in speaking, they have to fight self doubt first, have a changed mindset, improve vocabulary if need be.</p><p>Practice publicly, and keep trying despite the result from the last time.</p>
